A planning application for a change of use from Food factory to motortrade car dealership at Lenton Lane was initially considered inappropriate by Nottingham City Council Planning Officers.

However following the appointment of Ashall Town Planning Consultants by the applicant, we successfully argued the benefits of the scheme and its compatibility within the constraints of Nottingham City Councils Adopted Planning Policies.

As a result planning permission was granted rather than being refused as was their original intention and a large prestigious car showroom and workshop was subsequently constructed.

The premises are currently operated as a Ferrari - Maserati Dealership.
